The Role: • Perform media charging, preparation, and cleaning for fermentation processes. • Hands-on experience in fermentation of Bacterial and yeast expression systems , including production of recombinant proteins . • Execute fermentation batch operations, including probe calibration, maintenance, and documentation. • Generate and manage seed cultures for fermentation processes. • Conduct microscopy, cell staining, and analysis of process samples. • Analyze process data and prepare detailed reports. • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of fermentation utilities. Who are we looking for: • B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology) with minimum 2 years’ experience. • Prior experience in fermentation of recombinant strains will be preferred, and should be flexible for working in rotational shifts, lab scale fermentation and microbiology.
