Hi, I am Vijaya HR From Access Healthcare Service Pvt Ltd **We need strong Experience in R2R More than 8+ Years (US Accounting only) No Indian accounting exp people** Strong Knowledge of Month end accounting activities - Expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and R2R processes, with mandatory US accounting experience for senior roles. - Supervise and mentor the R2R team, providing insights for strategic decisions. - Oversee the full Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely closing. - Lead journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting, focusing on process improvements. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel. Note: You can refer also need immediate joiners and 1months Notice period fine. Shift timings is 6.30pm to 3.30am (US Shift.)
