**Job Summary** We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Commercial Vehicle Finance segment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Commercial Vehicle Loans, Auto Loans, or Vehicle Finance, with a strong understanding of the lending process, dealer relationships, and customer acquisition. **Key Responsibilities** - Generate new business through direct sourcing, dealer networks, DSAs, and referrals. - Source and process Commercial Vehicle Loan applications for new and used vehicles. - Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle dealers, transport operators, fleet owners, and channel partners. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the organization. - Assess customer eligibility and collect required documentation for loan processing. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure timely loan disbursement. - Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines. - Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. - Monitor portfolio quality and support collection activities whenever required. - Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of Commercial Vehicle Finance, Auto Loans, or Vehicle Finance. - Good understanding of loan sourcing, documentation, underwriting process, and disbursement. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications is preferred. **Eligibility Criteria** - Graduate in any discipline. - Experience in Commercial Vehicle Loans, Auto Loans, Vehicle Finance, or related lending products. - Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Vehicle Finance Companies will be preferred. - Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for field sales. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Existing network with commercial vehicle dealers and transport operators. - Strong customer acquisition and business development skills. - Target-driven with a proactive and customer-focused approach. **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive salary with attractive performance incentives. - Career growth opportunities within the organization.
