Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 38574 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - BENGALURU - BIRLASOFT OFFICE # **Title:** **Senior Salesforce Senior QA** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Testing professional with 6–8 years of experience to lead quality assurance initiatives across Salesforce implementation for a transformation program from Monolith to Microservices. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, with proven experience in test execution, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The candidate should be capable of driving end-to-end testing activities in Agile environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage Salesforce testing engagement for the program - Define test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce applications - Perform functional, system, regression, integration, and support user acceptance testing - Validate Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations and enhancements - Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and solution architects to ensure quality deliverables - Lead and mentor testing team, provide technical guidance, and drive best practices - Track defects, test execution status, and release readiness using Jira and Confluence - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives - Ensure quality across integrations involving Salesforce and external applications - Prepare and present test metrics, quality reports, and risk assessments to project stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills** - 6-8 years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. - Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing. - Must have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, profiles, permissions, and business processes - Experience in Integration Testing involving Salesforce and external systems - Strong experience in defect management, test management, and release validation - Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence - Good understanding and practical experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven experience leading testing teams and coordinating with global stakeholders. **Good-to-Have Skills** - Experience with Tosca Automation - Experience in the Financial Services / Banking domain - Exposure to modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects - Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, middleware integrations, and end-to-end business process testing - Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD-enabled testing practices.
