**Senior SAP BASIS/DBA/BTP/Cloud Specialist/Architect** **Mandatory Skills :** SAP Basis HANA, Upgrade experience **Location:** Bengaluru **Roles & Responsibilities** Senior SAP BASIS/DBA/BTP/Cloud Architect performing Technical Architect  role with 10+ years of experience. **[Project Details]:** This role expects a highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of SAP BASIS, BTP, Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc), and network management, along with strong architectural and leadership skills. Associate is expected to work in Project (Migration, Rollout, Implementation, Version Upgrade) and BAU. **[Technology and Sub-technology]** - SAP Basis: S4HANA, SAP R/3 4.6B, SAP R/3 4.7, SAP Net-Weaver - 7.0 ,7.1,7.3,7.4, S/4 HANA Cloud 1702,1705, S/4 HANA on Premise 1511,1610,1809 - SAP Components: S4HANA, ECC, BW, SRM, APO, CRM, PI, SOLMAN - Operating System: Solaris, Linux, AIX, Windows Server - Hands-On exposure for SAP and Database Cluster - Database: HANA, Oracle, DB2, MAXDB, SYBASE, etc - Unix Shell Scripting - Experience as Technical Project Manager contributing on Cloud Architecture side - Good understanding of Network Flow - Working exposure in SOLMAN CHARM - Practical Exposure on AWS/Azure - Working Experience on BTP Area of Expertise needed SAP BASIS/DBA Administration: - Installation & Configuration: Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems. - System Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and patches to keep the SAP environment up to date. - Performance Tuning: Optimize system performance through regular monitoring and tuning activities. - Backup & Recovery: Develop and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. - Database Administration: Hands-On knowledge in databases like HANA, Oracle, MAZDB, Sybase, MSSQL, etc. BTP Administration: - Platform Management: Oversee the administration of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including service provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance. - Security: Implement security measures to protect BTP environments, including user authentication, authorization, and data encryption. - BTP Integration: Facilitate the integration of BTP services with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Cloud (AWS, AZURE, etc) Architect: - Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud architecture for SAP systems on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability. - Service Management: Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and VPC to support SAP workloads. - Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud costs, ensuring efficient use of AWS resources. - Cloud Integration: Involvement in Cloud integration need Network Management: - Configuration: Configure and manage network settings to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP systems and cloud services. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network issues that affect system performance and availability. - Security: Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. System Performance: - Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and apply optimizations to enhance system efficiency. Enhance the learnings into future environment. Security Management: - Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. - Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to address security breaches. Collaboration: - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP BASIS and BTP administrators, providing guidance and support. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and maintenance activities. Documentation: - System Documentation: Manage detailed documentation of system architectures, configurations, procedures, and changes. - Knowledge Sharing: Create and share knowledge base articles and best practices with the team.
