No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.* We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior SAP CAR Consultant** with expertise in SAP Unified Demand Forecasting (UDF) and SAP Forecasting System to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of demand planning, statistical forecasting and SAP configuration. **Responsibilities** - Implementation and configuration of SAP Unified Demand Forecasting (UDF) and SAP Forecasting System based on business requirements - Collaboration with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into functional specifications - Configuration and fine-tuning of SAP UDF parameters, statistical models and forecasting algorithms - Provision of expertise in time-series forecasting, demand planning and predictive analytics - Close work with technical teams to design and implement integrations with other SAP modules such as SAP IBP, SAP APO and SAP S/4HANA - Execution of testing, user training and support for SAP UDF and Forecasting functionalities - Assistance in troubleshooting system issues, enhancements and performance optimizations - Provision of post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations **Requirements** - 5-8 years of experience working as an SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP UDF and Forecasting Systems - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field - Knowledge of demand planning, statistical modeling and machine learning forecasting techniques - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP and SAP APO or related modules - Capability to configure and fine-tune forecasting algorithms within SAP UDF - Expertise in business process analysis, blueprinting and system configuration - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills **Nice to have** - SAP UDF Certification - Experience with integration of SAP Forecasting with third-party tools - Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5 and cloud-based SAP solutions - Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven forecasting models **We offer** - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
