This role focuses on S/4HANA transformation programs, driving Fit-to-Standard adoption using SAP Activate, and acting as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders **Your future duties and responsibilities:** Own end-to-end functional integration across MM, PP, PM, EWM, PEO, and ePP/DS Define integrated SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solution architecture aligned with best practices and clean-core principles Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and guide stakeholders toward standardized, value-driven solutions Drive functional leadership across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield S/4HANA implementations Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions Utilize CGI Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS) where applicable Apply knowledge of SAP Best Practices, clean core, and extensibility concepts Support pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP activities Mentor and guide functional consultants and offshore teams Ensure quality through design governance, integration testing, and cutover readiness **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in the Manufacturing domain Hands-on experience across MM, PP, PM, EWM, PEO, and ePP/DS Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach Strong experience in global delivery/offshore models Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Strong experience in solution architecture and integration design \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Must-Have Skills SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing expertise MM, PP, PM, EWM, PEO, ePP/DS hands-on experience S/4HANA transformation (Greenfield/Brownfield/Bluefield) SAP Activate Fit-to-Standard methodology End-to-end functional integration SAP Best Practices clean-core principles Solution architecture design capabilities Stakeholder management leadership Integration testing cutover planning Global delivery model experience \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Good-to-Have Skills Experience with CGI Rapid Deployment Solutions (RDS) Exposure to SAP BTP and extensibility concepts Pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP experience Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0 Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS) in SAP environments Agile/Scrum methodology experience SAP certifications in S/4HANA modules Experience with SAP CPI / PI/PO integrations Data migration tools exposure Team mentoring and large program leadership #LI-DK6 **Skills:** - SAP ERP **What you can expect from us:** **Together, as owners, lets turn meaningful insights into action.** Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging.
