Role: Senior SCCM Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Exp- 7 to 15 years Apply only if you have relevant experience. We are seeking a highly experienced L3 SCCM / Endpoint Management Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and modern device management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale endpoint management solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and automation. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage SCCM infrastructure across enterprise environments • Configure and manage Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) • Implement and maintain Co-Management with Intune • Manage Application Packaging and Deployment (MSI, EXE, scripts, etc.) • Perform OS Deployment (OSD) / Imaging and task sequence management • Configure and manage Hardware & Software Inventory • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for operational efficiency • Create and optimize SQL queries and custom SCCM reports • Monitor SCCM health, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis • Manage Patch Management (WSUS/SUP) and compliance reporting • Ensure endpoint security and compliance policies are enforced • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments and upgrades • Provide L3 support and mentor junior team members ⸻ Required Skills & Expertise: • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (ConfigMgr) • Experience with CMG (Cloud Management Gateway) • Expertise in Co-Management with Intune / Endpoint Manager • Advanced knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation • Experience with SQL Server and writing custom queries/reports • Strong understanding of OS deployment and imaging (MDT/SCCM) • Experience in Application Packaging and Deployment tools • Knowledge of Patch Management and Software Updates • Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 10/11) administration • Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking basics ⸻
