Job description

**Experience:** 10+ Years **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead SOC/SIEM operations using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender Suite. - Manage Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Security Monitoring. - Drive Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives and audits. - Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls and governance. - Engage with clients and senior stakeholders on security strategy and risk management. - Lead and mentor a team of 30+ security professionals. - Ensure SLA compliance, operational excellence, and continuous security improvement. **Mandatory Skills:** - Microsoft Sentinel - Microsoft Defender Suite - SIEM & SOC Operations - Incident Response (IR) - GRC & Risk Management - IAM - Threat Hunting - Stakeholder & Client Management - Team Management (30+ members) **Preferred Certifications:** - CISSP - CISM - CCSP - SC-100 / AZ-500 - ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
