**Role:** Senior Service now Admin **Location:** Hyderabad **Exp: 8-10 yrs** **Mode of interview** : Virtual **Must Have Skills:** Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration • Good understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) • Expertise in user, group, and role management including ACL configuration • Experience in Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts • Good understanding of CMDB concepts and data relationships • Experience in instance monitoring, performance tuning, and platform health checks • Basic scripting knowledge using JavaScript and Glide APIs • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and implementation in ServiceNow • Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills **Good to have:** Exposure to Service Portal / UI Builder • Experience with Integration Hub or API integrations (REST/SOAP) • Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping basics • Experience in reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics • Exposure to upgrade planning and release management • Knowledge of security best practices in ServiceNow • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
