Senior Consultant - System Management We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design develop configure and implement ServiceNow solutions that support business and IT service management requirements The candidate should have handson experience with ServiceNow platform development integrations workflows and customization Key Responsibilities Design develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules Configure workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and catalog items Develop and maintain Service Catalogs Incident Change Problem and Request Management modules Build integrations between ServiceNow and thirdparty applications using RESTSOAP APIs Create reports dashboards and performance analytics Troubleshoot and resolve platformrelated issues Participate in requirement gathering solution design and implementation activities Perform instance upgrades patch validations and platform optimization Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards Primary Skills Must Have ServiceNow Development JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow Scripting Incident Change Problem Request Management Service Catalog Development Flow Designer Workflow Configuration Integration Hub REST and SOAP Web Services CMDB and Asset Management Technical Skills ServiceNow ITSM Suite Business Rules Client Scripts UI Actions UI Policies Script Includes and Scheduled Jobs Service Portal Flow Designer Integration Hub MID Server CMDB Management Performance Analytics and Reporting Good to Have ITOM Discovery Service Mapping ITAM Asset Management HRSD HR Service Delivery CSM Customer Service Management GRCIRM ServiceNow AI Automation capabilities AgileScrum methodology experience Experience Qualification Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or a related field ServiceNow CSA Certified System Administrator certification preferred CAD Certified Application Developer certification is an added advantage Soft Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work independently and within a team Strong documentation and presentation skills Preferred Experience Experience in enterprisescale ServiceNow implementations Exposure to ITIL processes and best practices Experience working in Agile projects Knowledge of DevOps and CICD integration Shift General Shift As per Project Requirement Provide your feedback on BizChat Add subject line for JD emailInclude interview questionsAdd performance metrics FilesFiles
