**Role & responsibilities** : **Skills: J**ava Core and J2EE frameworks, Spring boot - Proven ability to prepare clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and implementation details - Hands-on experience in developing, unit testing, and supporting scalable application solutions across the development lifecycle - Ability to assess business requirements and technical changes, with strong capability in effort estimation and impact analysis - Experience mentoring and providing on-the-job training to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and team capability building - Strong experience in collaborating with clients and onsite stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions - Extensive hands-on experience in Java Core and J2EE frameworks, - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as a self-starter and deliver high-quality outcomes - Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional and global teams
