The role focuses on requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for enterprise applications, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. Please let us know if you require a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during any aspect of the recruitment process and we will work with you to address your needs. **Your future duties and responsibilities** Requirements Gathering & Analysis - Engage with business stakeholders and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements - Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to capture functional and non-functional requirements - Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, improvements, and optimization opportunities Requirements Documentation - Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) - Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable requirements - Create process flows, use cases, and user stories as required Data & System Analysis - Gather and document data requirements, including data sources, flows, and transformations - Work closely with technical teams to define data mapping and integration needs - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and traceability of requirements across systems Stakeholder Management - Act as a liaison between business and technology teams - Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, reviews, and approvals - Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle Delivery Support - Collaborate with development teams to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements - Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) by defining scenarios and validating outputs - Assist in issue resolution and change management processes **Required qualifications to be successful in this role** Core BA Skills - Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation - Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models Domain Expertise - Experience in banking or financial services domain - Understanding of transactional systems, data flows, and enterprise applications Technical Skills - Basic to strong understanding of data analysis and database concepts (SQL preferred) - Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools is an advantage - Exposure to API integrations and system interfaces is a plus Soft Skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on large-scale transformation or digital initiatives - Exposure to production support or operations environments - Knowledge of regulatory or compliance processes in banking \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Deliverables - Business and functional requirements documentation - Process flows and use cases - Data requirement and mapping documentation - Test scenarios and validation support **Together, as owners, let’s turn me
