Our collaborative, Agile environment fosters growth and innovation, and we encourage your active participation in all stages of the software development lifecycle. - Lead the design and development of robust, scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET and AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions. - Implement modern front-end frameworks to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, enhancing the user experience. - Conduct thorough code reviews, providing valuable feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Integrate AI-based testing and debugging tools to improve code reliability and reduce release cycles. - Continuously evaluate emerging AI development platforms and recommend adoption strategies. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, employing innovative solutions to maintain system integrity. - Execute unit and integration testing, maintaining code integrity and reliability, and ensuring high-quality outputs. - Document and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuity. - Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, contributing to team growth and innovation. - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, and nurturing their development. - 4-8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, includingC#, SQL and ASP.NET. - Master's degree in Computer Science or related field - Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in real-world projects. - Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, ASP.NET MVC Razor, TypeScript, jQuery, and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. - Understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent analytical abilities. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork and clear, concise documentation. - A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, driving continuous improvement. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, especially Azure, is highly advantageous, offering a competitive edge. - A self-motivated, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
