The platform delivers scalable, high-performance analytics that transform complex operational data into actionable insights for workplace and real estate teams. Designed for rapid deployment, strong data governance, and enterprise-grade security, the platform integrates data from multiple enterprise systems and provides near real-time visibility into business operations. Our mission is to empower organizations with reliable analytics and intelligent insights that drive better decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic workplace initiatives. Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of complex product features across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture • Architect and build scalable web applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend services built with Java, Spring Boot, or Kotlin • Define and drive frontend architecture, performance optimization, and scalable UI systems • Work in an environment where AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude are integral to the engineering workflow • Design and implement agent-based systems that improve product intelligence and developer productivity • Build and evolve DX agents and automation tools that enhance engineering velocity and streamline development processes • Lead technical design discussions and influence system architecture decisions • Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software design, testing, and scalable system architecture • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to rapidly prototype and ship innovative product capabilities • Drive improvements in engineering productivity through automation and AI-assisted development practices Qualifications Basic Qualifications • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong expertise in frontend development and architecture using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks • Extensive experience building backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, or Kotlin • Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and distributed systems • Proven experience designing and delivering scalable production-grade applications • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar platforms • Strong expertise in data
