The Senior Software Engineer, SAP Order to Cash is responsible for designing and delivering SAP solutions that enable effective and efficient business outcomes for BMS. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive the design, development, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) capabilities. The position also supports integration with adjacent functional areas, including GTS, ATTP, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of SAP OTC processes, cross-functional integration, and experience working in an FDA-regulated, GxP-compliant environment with validated system requirements. You'll collaborate with talented teams across IT and business, solve complex challenges, and leave a lasting mark on how we operate at scale. **What You'll Be Doing** **Delivering Smart Solutions** Design and implement world-class SAP S/4HANA solutions across **Sales and Distribution and GTS (Global Trade Services) Modules** Own full end-to-end SDLC delivery — from design and build through testing, deployment, and ongoing support Build strong inter-personal relationships with peers, IT Business partners, Business, and other key stakeholders to help with the smooth implementation of new applications/capabilities and technologies. **Connecting the Dots** Drive seamless integration across **Finance (FI), Supply Chain, Quality, Trade Compliance,** and External Systems teams to ensure end to end process integrity. Integration knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), and Direct Procurement (PROC) **️** **Driving Cloud & AI Transformation** Play a key role in our **SAP RISE** journey — cloud migration, S/4HANA modernisation, and adoption of standardised, scalable, AI-enabled finance processes Leverage **AI and intelligent automation** for invoice processing, predictive cash application, and anomaly detection Use **GenAI tools** to accelerate documentation, test automation, and root cause analysis **️** **Keeping Us Compliant** Ensure strong financial controls and audit readiness in line with **SOX and GxP** requirements **Collaborating & Innovating** Partner with global business and IT stakeholders to drive process optimisation and continuous improvement Build strong relationships across teams, lead with curiosity, and champion a culture of learning and innovation **Qualifications & Experience** - ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience. - ✅ At least 7 to 10 years of experience implementing projects in SAP Order to Cash with full cycle SAP implementations. ✅ Strong working knowledge of Order-to-Cash Business Process with Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution ✅ Integration knowledge of related SAP areas such as Inventory Management (IM), Manufacturing (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (PP), Costing (CO), and Direct Procurement (PROC) ✅ Experience implementing SAP solutions and interfaces for Pharmaceutical industry, in FDA and GxP regulated environment is an advantage ✅ Exposure to vali
