**Position Description:** Position Description Job Title: Wintel Support Position: Systems Engineer Experience: 5+ yrs Category: Software Engineer Main location: Bangalore Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience. System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and updates. Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Wintel systems. Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services. Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and patch management. Backup and Recovery: Ensure data integrity through regular backups and develop disaster recovery plans. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, changes, and incidents. Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to support network, storage, and application services. Certificate Lifecycle Management: Issue, renew, and revoke digital certificates to ensure continuous security compliance. Compliance: Ensure all certificate management activities comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
