Role Summary We are seeking a Principal/Lead Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise cloud strategy and architecture to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across complex multi-cloud environments. The role will own the cloud platform architecture, define the strategy for cloud-native adoption, and drive enterprise-wide cloud transformation initiatives. The architect will act as a key technical leader, working closely with executive stakeholders, enterprise customers, and engineering leadership to translate business strategy into a robust, secure, and future-proof multi-cloud technology foundation. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Key Responsibilities Strategic Cloud Architecture & Governance - Develop and own the long-term enterprise multi-cloud strategy, including governance, security, and cost-optimization frameworks. - Design and govern the implementation of end-to-end enterprise cloud architectures across primary cloud platforms. - Define and enforce architecture standards, reusable patterns, and reference architectures to ensure consistency and quality. - Lead architecture design reviews, solution governance boards, and critical technical decision-making processes. Multi-Cloud Platform Leadership - Serve as the primary technical authority for solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments. - Design and implement complex hybrid cloud architectures that integrate on-premise and public cloud platforms. - Architect for maximum availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity across distributed cloud services. - Evaluate and provide guidance on the strategic use of other cloud platforms like OCI or GCP. Cloud-Native Engineering & Automation - Champion and guide the architecture of containerized platforms using Kubernetes and Docker at an enterprise scale. - Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and fully automated cloud provisioning and management. - Establish best practices for DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment models to increase agility and reliability. Security, Governance & Reliability - Architect highly secure cloud environments with robust identity, encryption, and governance frameworks. - Implement and enforce cloud security best practices and ensure adherence to compliance requirements. - Drive initiatives for cost optimization, operational excellence, and platform reliability.
