**Role & responsibilities** : Senior Solution Designer **Location:** Greater Noida **Years of Experience:** 7-10 years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Designer with extensive experience in High Level Design (HLD) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of solution design principles and methodologies, enabling them to create robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. **Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and development of high-level solution architectures that align with business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals. - Create comprehensive High Level Design documents that outline system architecture, components, and interfaces. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solution design capabilities. - Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts to stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience in Solution Design with a strong focus on High Level Design. - In-depth knowledge of architectural frameworks and methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with cloud-based solutions and architectures. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and technologies. - Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in solution design and architecture. - Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment.
