Through the Cohesity Aspire Partner Program and a portfolio that spans Cohesity Data Cloud, DataProtect, and NetBackup, our Managed Service Provider (MSP), Cloud Service Provider (CSP), and Global System Integrator (GSI) partners build differentiated, profitable, as-a-service offerings on top of our platform.  We are looking for a Solutions Architect, Multi-tenancy, MSP & GSI to be the deep technical lead for partners who deliver Cohesity-powered services at scale. You will design secure multi-tenant architectures, enable partners to build repeatable service catalogs such as Backup-as-a-Service and Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service, and act as the trusted technical advisor across the service provider and global system integrator ecosystem. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE: • Architect secure, scalable multi-tenant deployments using Cohesity Helios and Data Cloud, including namespace isolation, per-tenant encryption of data at rest and in flight, network and VLAN segmentation, role-based access control, tenant self-service, chargeback and showback reporting, and cross-tenant deduplication.  • Multi-tenant Architecture and Design  • Design Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Disaster-Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) offerings that partners can productize and scale across many downstream customers.  • Guide partners on deployment topologies across on-premises, colocation, partner-owned data centers, and public cloud, in any combination.   • MSP, CSP and GSI Enablement  • Serve as the technical lead for MSPs, CSPs, and GSIs within the Cohesity Aspire Partner Program, enabling them to build, launch, and grow managed services practices.  • Help GSIs integrate Cohesity into their solution frameworks to deliver repeatable, market-aligned offerings, and help MSPs and CSPs differentiate their service catalogs and customer experience.  • Support partner onboarding, codesign workshops, reference architectures, and operational readiness reviews.  • Customer and Field Engagement  • Support strategic partner-led engagements, proof of concept, and executive briefings, representing Cohesity credibly across technical and business stakeholders.  • Partner with channel, alliances, and field teams to drive multi-tenant and partner-focused solution plays.  • Product and Cross-Functional Collaboration  • Bring partner and service provider requirements back to product and engineering, influencing the multi-tenancy, scale, and automation roadmap.  WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING: • 10+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or service provider and partner-facing roles.  • Experience with Cohesity, NetBackup, or comparable data protection platforms in a multi-tenant or managed services setting.  • Direct background working with or within an MSP, CSP, or GSI.  • Relevant cloud or architecture certifications.  • Exceptional storytelling and evangelism skills to engage both technical and executive stakeholders  • Experience with data protection platforms such as Cohesity DataProtect, NetBackup, or comparable solutions is a strong plus.  • Technical Expertise  • Strong hands-on experience designing and operating multi-tenant environments, ideally within or for a service provider, MSP, CSP, or GSI.  • Solid knowledge of data protection, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery at scale.  • A clear grasp of multi-tenancy fundamentals, including isolation, segmentation, role-based access control, encryption and key management, chargeback, and tenant self-service.  • API-first and automation skills (REST APIs, orchestration, infrastructure as code), with familiarity across VMware Cloud Director, ServiceNow, and related tooling.  • Familiarity with public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with as-a-service, consumption-based commercial model
