Over 15 years, the company has delivered more than 10 million square feet of thoughtfully designed spaces, with primary hubs in Mumbai and Bengaluru. **Role Description** The Senior Sourcing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for materials, services, and vendors that support interior design and project delivery. Day-to-day activities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, managing procurement processes, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials. The Senior Sourcing Specialist will collaborate closely with design, project management, and operations teams to align sourcing decisions with project requirements and budget constraints. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining supplier relationships, optimizing costs, and contributing to continuous improvement in the overall supply chain. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate supplier performance, compare costs, and support data-driven sourcing decisions. - Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain professional relationships with external vendors. - Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with company standards. - Candidates should possess experience in Procurement to manage purchasing processes, maintain inventory levels, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services. - Candidates should possess Recruiting exposure when needed to identify and onboard new sourcing partners, suppliers, or specialist vendors. - Relevant experience in sourcing or supply chain within interior design, construction, or related industries is beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in procurement or ERP tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment are advantageous.
