And together, we must leverage the strength of our team to collaborate globally to optimize connections and share best practices across the Tech Centers. **Role Overview** We are hiring an Enablon Senior Configuration & Integration Specialist to join our in-house Digital EHS applications team. This role will perform advanced configuration, integrations, data transformation, release support and L3-style troubleshooting across a large, multi-module Enablon environment (20,000+ users, multiple customizations and integrations). Candidate must be based in Hyderabad or Pune with availability to overlap with CST for scheduled meetings. **What You Will Do** - Advanced configuration and enhancements - Implement and maintain advanced Enablon configurations rules engine, notifications, workflows, conditional fields, settings tables, sub-forms and other platform features. - Implement approved functional enhancements and resolve defects for deployed modules. - Support intake, triage & ticket delivery - Work from tickets escalated by L1/L2 after initial analysis; provide clear time estimates before starting Level 3 work. - Own Level 3 tickets through analysis, build/configure, unit testing, packaging and handoff for production deployment. - Coordinate with release/project teams for scheduled releases and support off‑cycle emergency fixes as required. - Process, governance & documentation - Contribute to and maintain SOPs, runbooks, SLAs and support playbooks to improve in‑house support maturity. - Produce monthly operational reports (ticket volumes, hours consumed vs budget, risks and upcoming releases). - Knowledge transfer & enablement - Mentor and upskill L2 team; create troubleshooting templates, runbooks and test cases to reduce re‑escalations. - Stakeholder engagement - Participate in weekly ticket‑review meetings and quarterly steering reviews; proactively communicate capacity constraints and risks. - Integrations & data transformation - Design, develop and maintain integrations between Enablon and central data lake / third‑party systems; perform mapping, remapping and significant integration revisions. - Transform, validate and ingest large datasets into Enablon taxonomy; perform bulk uploads, post‑load reconciliation and data quality checks. **What You Should Have** **Primary Skills** Enablon Implementation and configuration/SQL /Data Manipulation. Nabsic, Enablon ECP ticketing,/Javascript/ SQL programming. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience). - Based in Hyderabad or Pune with flexibility to overlap with CST for scheduled meetings. - 8+ years hands‑on Enablon experience in implementations or post‑production support, across multiple modules. - Strong Enablon configuration skills workflows, rules, notifications, settings tables, conditional fields and forms. - Strong SQL and data‑manipulation skills. - Proven debugging, root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving abilities. - Extensive Experience with Nabsic, Enablon ECP ticketing, JavaScript and SQL programming. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to present technical work to non‑technical stakeholders and provide time estimates. **Preferred (optional) Experience** - Experience implementing EHS&S management information systems and/or acting as technical lead on global Enablon implementations. - Power BI development experience, including data modeling, DAX, report/dashboard design, and integration with enterprise data sources. - Prior experience reducing vendor L3 workload through documentation, automation or knowledge transfer. **Nice To Have Experience** - Experience with integrations APIs, web services, flat‑file imports and ETL/data transformation processes. - Experience with middleware/ETL tools or integration platforms (MuleSoft, TIBCO). - Enablon Implementation Pro certification or similar platform certifications. **Working hours & expectations** - Core role Monday–Friday, India hours; flexibility required for overlap with CST weekly meetings. - Occasional off‑hours or emergency support may be required for critical production incidents (formal escalation procedures defined in
