Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook. **Inviting Applications for Sr. Specialist - F&A - AP** **Job Location: Hyderabad** **Shift: Day Shift** **Job Description** - In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to record to report which include but are not extensive: - Lead a large Accounts Payable team - Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI Review the team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process - Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines - Harmonize with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues - Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders - Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process People Management – be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team. - Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders - Participate and own projects and drive outcomes '1. 'The Process Optimizer is responsible for end-to-end ownership and standardization of Source-to-Pay processes, ensuring SOP adherence, policy compliance, and strong governance across PR-to-Payment. This includes defining and maintaining process documentation, strengthening controls, minimizing manual deviations, and ensuring audit readiness. 2. The role drives continuous improvement, productivity, and automation enablement by identifying process inefficiencies, eliminating non-value-added steps, and partnering with IT to implement automation and system enhancements.
