Given the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Senior Associate to support the core team and drive the analytical capabilities to its full potential over the next phase.    The Senior Specialist – Reporting & Analytics serves as a technical and analytical catalyst within the team. The role combines strong data management/ engineering capabilities, advanced analytics and BI expertise, and deep business understanding to modernize data consumption patterns, develop scalable BI and analytics solutions, and elevate analytical maturity across teams. The Senior Specialist also plays a key role in enabling change, mentoring team members, and partnering closely with stakeholders across Bain.    **Specific Responsibilities**   - Support the development and delivery of scalable analytics and reporting solutions using Databricks, Tableau, and related data and BI tools, ensuring outputs generate actionable insights and meet the needs of Bain leadership. - Contribute to the automation and optimization of data pipelines, reporting processes, and analytical workflows, leveraging SQL and Python to improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability of analytics solutions. - Own defined workstreams or components of larger analytics and data engineering initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with established data and reporting frameworks, under guidance from Managers and Senior Managers. - Collaborate within cross-functional teams to support data ingestion, preparation, modeling, and analysis, contributing analytical inputs that help shape robust, scalable technical solutions. - Implement and promote best practices in data management, semantic layer usage, and business intelligence reporting, ensuring consistency, performance optimization, and usability across analytics deliverables. - Actively contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team environment, supporting team initiatives and reinforcing shared standards, values, and ways of working. - Provide day-to-day guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members, supporting skill development in SQL, data modeling, Tableau, and analytics best practices, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. - Support talent and team development activities, such as onboarding of new team members, to enable rapid integration and effectiveness. - Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation efforts by identifying enhancement opportunities in data platforms, analytics tools, and reporting approaches, and assisting in the execution of small- to mid-scale initiatives aligned with business priorities.   **Qualifications**   - 8-10 years (graduates) or 6-8 years (MBAs) of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering or data management roles, with demonstrated depth in enterprise-scale analytics and reporting solutions. - Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including advanced SQL development, data modeling, and performance optimization for analytics and BI consumption. - Advanced SQL proficiency, including sophisticated queries, window functions, query optimization, and working with large, normalized datasets in enterprise data w
