REQUIREMENTS: - Total Experience 8+ - Strong hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty. Working knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud is preferred. - Extensive experience designing and developing Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), with working knowledge of Aura Components and Visualforce. - Strong expertise in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Controllers, asynchronous Apex, and Salesforce development best practices, including bulkification and governor limit optimization. - Strong proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce declarative development, including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, and platform security. - Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Salesforce APIs, and external enterprise applications. - Good understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, object relationships, and overall ecosystem capabilities. - Experience customizing Salesforce using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Design principles. - Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices. - Experience supporting production environments, including operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes. - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is a strong advantage. - Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Salesforce DX (SFDX) is preferred. - Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Data 360, and modern Salesforce ecosystem capabilities is a plus. - Experience with jQuery for advanced front-end customizations is desirable. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to understand business processes, evaluate user impact, and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions. - Immediate joiners are preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Write, review, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable Salesforce code following platform best practices. - Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. - Build and manage scalable workflows, Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, and other declarative configurations. - Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and Salesforce APIs. - Develop optimized Apex solutions with a strong focus on bulkification, governor limits, and performance optimization. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Assess the functional and technical impact of proposed changes before implementation to ensure a seamless user experience. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. - Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best-fit technical approaches aligned with business objectives. - Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and governance. - Provide production support, resolve defects, and implement enhancements to existing Salesforce applications. - Mentor junior Salesforce developers by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting engineering best practices. - Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. - Continuously evaluate new Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend improvements to enhance application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
