Job Description REQUIREMENTS: - Strong hands-on experience with **Drupal 10/11** development. - Experience working with **Drupal Themes, Custom Modules, Views, Webforms, Configuration Management, Cache Management, and Permissions**. - Good experience with **Twig Templates, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript**, and reusable UI component development. - Experience supporting and integrating **Salesforce Forms**, including submission validation and troubleshooting. - Working knowledge of **Google Analytics (GA)** and **Google Tag Manager (GTM)** for event and form tracking. - Hands-on experience with **Git**, Pull Requests, code reviews, branching strategy, and release management. - Understanding of responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (**WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508**). - Experience working in Agile environments with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Senior candidates should have experience leading technical teams, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and collaborating with global stakeholders. - Willingness to work in a **Hybrid (2 Days WFO)** model with mandatory RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop, enhance, maintain, and support Drupal applications across front-end and back-end components. - Design and maintain Drupal themes, Twig templates, reusable UI components, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript. - Develop and support Drupal configurations, custom modules, Views, Webforms, permissions, cache management, and deployment activities. - Work on enhancement requests, bug fixes, maintenance tasks, production support, and issue resolution. - Support and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations and validate GA/GTM implementations. - Perform functional, integration, regression, and deployment validation testing across Development, Staging, and Production environments. - Participate in release planning, deployment validation, cache management, and production support activities. - Follow coding standards, accessibility guidelines, security best practices, and quality processes. - Document technical solutions, reusable components, defects, operational workflows, and release activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. - **Senior developers** will additionally lead technical design discussions, review code, mentor team members, coordinate releases, manage complex production issues, and act as the primary technical liaison for client stakeholders.
