That's where you come in. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Total Experience - 8+ years - Strong working experience with ServiceNow architecture, application development and implementation experience. - Strong working experience in service now module GRC and Legal. - Strong command of ServiceNow platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, etc. - Solid knowledge in MID Server setup, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations. - Extensive experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Web Services (REST, SOAP), SRAPI, import set APIs. - Experience designing and implementing custom scoped applications. - Proven record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, CI/CD, unit testing. - Ability to consult and influence on technical decisions and architectural best practices. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Prior experience in enterprise software development in ServiceNow-competitive application domains. - Knowledge of SOA technologies including REST, SOAP, and integration techniques. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Writing and reviewing great quality configuration. - Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements - Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers - Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements - Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation - Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers - Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed - Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it - Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
