Senior Staff Engineer (TLM Impementation)

That's where you come in! **Required Skills** - Should have strong experience in SmartStream **TLM implementation, customization, administration, and support.** - Must have expertise in **reconciliation systems** covering Cards, Payments, GL, Nostro, and VAT reconciliation. - Should have experience with **Banking domain.** - Strong understanding of financial transaction lifecycle and reconciliation operations. - Experience in enterprise workflow architecture and process orchestration. - Knowledge of data mapping, ETL processes, data pipelines, and file formats such as CSV, XML, and SWIFT. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube or other core banking systems. - Strong knowledge of Oracle/SQL databases and query optimization. - Experience with Unix/Linux environments and scripting using Shell or Python. - Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and enterprise integrations. - Experience integrating systems through APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. **Roles and responsibilities** - Design and implement enterprise-scale reconciliation and workflow solutions using SmartStream TLM. - Lead requirement gathering sessions, discovery workshops, and stakeholder discussions. - Architect scalable, modular solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. - Configure, customize, and support TLM implementations, upgrades, and performance tuning activities. - Design AI-enabled and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency. - Work on **reconciliation processes across Cards, Payments, General Ledger (GL), Nostro, and VAT reconciliations.** - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, PoCs, and prototypes. - Manage system integrations with core banking platforms, APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces. - Support UAT, production deployments, post-implementation validation, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business teams to deliver enterprise solutions. - Participate in product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and solution strategy discussions. - Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and financial reporting requirements. - Work within Agile delivery frameworks and global delivery teams across APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
