**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships. - Negotiate prices with vendors to achieve cost reductions without compromising service levels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains. - Manage vendor development programs to build strong partnerships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. **Job Requirements :** - 4-8 years of experience in automotive industry or related field. - Strong understanding of OTS (Original Equipment Technologies) such as breakers, suspension systems, etc. - Proven track record in price negotiation and vendor negotiation skills.
