**Title : Senior Supervisor - Procurement & Contract Management** **Shift : Night shifts** **Work from office** **Job Description :** **Position: Senior Supervisor - Procurement & Contract Management** **Experience Required:** Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Procurement, Contract Management, Material Master Management, Transformation, and People Management **Location:** Bangalore **Shift Timings (IST):** 5:30 PM 3:00 AM **Work Mode:** Work from Office (Monday to Friday) **Job Description:** - 7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 1 year in people management Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment - Manage, mentor, and develop procurement staff - Process Analysis & Optimization - Evaluate existing workflows, systems, and structures to identify inefficiencies - Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities - Collect and analyze data to support transformation initiatives - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and manage data effectively. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, supported by strong communication skills to articulate ideas and engage diverse stakeholders. - Embrace a growth mindset, proactively seeking opportunities for learning and process ownership. - Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and completion of questionnaires. - Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and take ownership of outcomes. - Experience in leveraging procurement tools and technologies - Procurement experience in Automobile Industry is added advantage - **Hands-on experience with SAP MM & Ariba is essential** - Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Should be capable of handling complex inquiries, serve as the point of contact on issue resolution - Night Shift is Mandatory - Good communication skills (Oral and written) - Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies and implement corrective actions **Soft skills:** - Effective Communicator - Analytical Problem Solver - Collaborative Team Player **Interested candidates please share your resumes to below email id 's** **nallamilli.veeraraghavareddy@conduent.com** **saanvi.v@conduent.com**
