Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned requirements. - Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors to ensure timely and quality closures. - Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networking. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, vendors, and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate recruitment data and trackers using Excel. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Follow up with candidates and vendors to drive closures. - Adhere to recruitment timelines and hiring targets.
