**Job Description** : - - Facilitate ABSLI manpower hiring across the west zone region within budget and as per approved manpower plan - Source all positions upto Manager level within TAT using job portals, and vendor network and driving referral program across the region - Ensure quality of hire within the specified parameter - Close all critical positions in shortest possible time within the hiring budget - Ensure recruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix to maintain cost within budget - Ensure compensation alignment for all recruitments (within given bands) during the hiring process - To complete onboarding of all hires FLS/FLM withing the TAT and ensure closure of case as per the date of joining - Connect with stakeholders on a periodic basis for understanding prevalent manning gaps in the respective region
