We focus on large-scale and mid-size office design and build projects for a diverse international clientele that includes both global enterprises as well as early-stage companies, having successfully completed hundreds of projects across India About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently own and drive the complete recruitment lifecycle. This is an IC role requiring strong experience in sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate evaluation, and successful closure of critical positions. The ideal candidate should have proven experience hiring for Design, MEP, Project Management, and Interior Fit-Out roles and should be comfortable managing multiple requirements while partnering with business leaders Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end recruitment activities from requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Drive hiring for key roles including Interior Designers, Design Managers, MEP Engineers/Managers, Project Managers, Project Leads, and other fit-out industry professionals. • Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and market mapping. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and provide talent insights & Conduct candidate assessments and ensure quality hiring decisions. • Manage offer discussions, negotiations, counter-offers, and ensure successful closures. • Track recruitment progress, maintain hiring reports, and provide regular updates. • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.
