Job Role: Senior Technical Consultant - Oracle Hyperion/Oracle EPM Shift: UK Shift (2.00 PM to 11.00 PM) Work Mode: Hybrid Relevant Exp: 9+ Years **Job Description:** **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Support Consultant to provide managed services support for Customer’s Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDM). The resource will be responsible for day-to-day application support, issue resolution, metadata maintenance, monthly close support, planning and forecasting cycle support, report troubleshooting, data integration support, enhancement support, and quarterly update validation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud applications and should be able to work directly with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT stakeholders to ensure stable and efficient EPM operations. **Primary Modules:** Oracle EPM Planning, FCCS, EDM **Key Responsibilities** Provide ongoing managed services support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including: Oracle EPM Planning FCCS EDM Support business users with day-to-day issues, application questions, data validation, reporting issues, and process execution. Troubleshoot application issues related to metadata, data loads, calculations, business rules, forms, reports, consolidations, approvals, and integrations. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities in FCCS. Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and what-if analysis cycles in Oracle Planning. Maintain and support metadata updates across dimensions, hierarchies, mappings, attributes, aliases, and member properties. Support EDM workflows for master data change requests, approvals, validations, subscriptions, and downstream publishing. Assist with data integration processes between ERP, EPM, and other source systems. Monitor and troubleshoot data loads, Data Management / Data Exchange jobs, mappings, validation errors, and reconciliation issues. Support business rules, calculation scripts, consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and currency translation processes. Support Smart View, dashboards, reports, forms, and ad hoc analysis issues. Assist with minor enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities. Participate in Oracle monthly / quarterly update impact analysis, regression testing, and production validation. Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR creation, tracking, and resolution where required. Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, issue logs, and resolution notes. Ensure timely response and resolution in line with agreed SLA expectations. **Required Skills and Experience** 10+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM applications, with at least 3+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud. Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Oracle EPM Planning FCCS EDM Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close, and reporting processes. Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud in a production support or managed services environment. Ability to troubleshoot Planning forms, business rules, data maps, security, calculations, and approval workflows. Ability to support FCCS close processes, consolidation issues, data status issues, journals, intercompany eliminations, ownership, currency translation, and reporting. Experience supporting EDM metadata governance, viewpoints, node types, hierarchy sets, validations, subscriptions, request workflows, and publishing. Familiarity with Data Management, Data Exchange, EPM Automate, Smart View, Financial Reporting, Reports, and dashboards. Ability to analyze data load failures, mapping issues, reconciliation variances, and integration errors. Experience with metadata management, dimension maintenance, hierarchy updates, member properties, and data governance. Strong understanding of financial statements, chart of accounts, management reporting, and corporate reporting requirements. Experience working with Oracle Support and managing Service Requests. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work directly with Finance and IT stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** Oracle EPM Cloud certification is preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or industrial products companies is a plus. Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integration to EPM Cloud is preferred. Knowledge of General Ledger, chart of accounts, cost centers, product/customer hierarchies, and financial reporting structures. Experience with EPM Automate scripting, automation monitoring, and scheduled job support is a plus.
