What this job involves: As a Senior Technical Executive within the Command Centre, you will support Incident and Change Management operations across Asia, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder communication, escalation management, and operational reporting for critical facility events. In addition, you will support global incident reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to data analysis, reporting standardization, dashboard development, and program coordination. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities based on business and client requirements. What your day-to-day will look like: • Support Incident Management operations across Asia, including incident tracking, escalation management, stakeholder communications, follow-up, and closure governance. • Coordinate and support Change Management activities, including maintenance windows, planned works, approvals, reporting, and governance processes. • Prepare and maintain operational reports, incident summaries, dashboards, and management information for leadership and key stakeholders. • Support global incident reporting and analytics activities through data validation, trend analysis, reporting standardization, and dashboard enhancements. • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, effective communication, and timely resolution of operational issues. • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness. • Demonstrate flexibility to support additional operational, reporting, governance, analytics, or program-related responsibilities as required by business and client needs. Desired or preferred experience and technical skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. • Experience with data analysis, dashboard preparation, and reporting visualization tools such as Power BI. • Knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, and governance processes. • Experience working within command center, facilities management, or critical environment operations. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a multi-regional environment. • Familiarity with alarm monitoring systems, BMS platforms, and critical facility operations. • Exposure to process improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives. Required Skills and Experience: • Bachelor's degree, Diploma, Engineering qualification, or equivalent relevant experience. • 2-5 years of experience in incident management, facilities operations, reporting, analytics, command center operations, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholder requests, and operational activities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders across different time zones. • Adaptability, ownership mindset, and willingness to take on new responsibilities as business requirements evolve.
