**Job Description:** **Desired Competencies (Technical/** **Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** - Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex programs composed of multiple interdependent technical projects. - Define program goals, success metrics, and execution roadmaps aligned with company strategy - Ensure coordination and synchronization across parallel workstreams, managing dependencies and sequencing effective. - Translate company strategy into scalable technical programs that drive revenue, growth, and user engagement. - Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, risk, and strategic value. - Continuously evaluate program outcomes and adjust direction to maximize business impact. - Ensure consistent quality standards across all program deliverables. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams (process, tooling, delivery models). - Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and delivery of excellence. **Good-to-Have** - Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including planning cadences, reporting structures, and KPIs. - Implement scalable processes for tracking progress, managing dependencies, and Ensuring accountability. - Standardize best practices across teams to improve delivery consistency. - Identify, track, and mitigate cross-project risks and systemic bottlenecks. - Manage complex inter-team dependencies, ensuring no hidden blockers derail delivery. - Make pragmatic trade-offs balancing time, scope, quality, and business priorities. **SN** **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** - Act as the central point of alignment across engineering, product, design, marketing, and external partners. - Drive executive-level communication, providing clear visibility into program health, risks, and trade-offs. - Influence decision-making at leadership level through data-driven insights - Oversee resource planning across multiple teams and initiatives, optimizing allocation at program level. - Balance competing priorities across projects while maintaining overall program momentum. - Identify gaps in capacity, skills, or structure and propose solutions.
