Job Title: Sr. Technician | Maintenance Company: Shivaarna Technofoams Pvt Ltd ( Duroflex) Location: Indore Experience: 5 to 8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: To ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and repair of all production machinery and utility equipment used in mattress manufacturing, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe working conditions. Key Responsibilities: • Preventive Maintenance • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of machinery as per maintenance plan. • Inspect machines regularly and identify potential failures. • Lubricate moving parts and replace worn-out components. • Breakdown Maintenance • Attend machine breakdowns promptly and restore equipment to normal operation. • Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs. • Coordinate with electricians for electro-mechanical issues. • Machine Maintenance • Maintain and repair: Foam cutting machines - CCM and VCM • Quilting machines, Juky Machine • Tape edge machines and Roll Pack Machine • Mattress assembly machines - Glue line, Packing, Sealing machine Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
