**Job Title: Sr. Technician | Maintenance** **Company: Shivaarna Technofoams Pvt Ltd ( Duroflex)** **Location: Indore** **Experience: 5 to 8 Years** **Employment Type: Full-Time** **Job Description:** To ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and repair of all production machinery and utility equipment used in mattress manufacturing, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe working conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Preventive Maintenance - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of machinery as per maintenance plan. - Inspect machines regularly and identify potential failures. - Lubricate moving parts and replace worn-out components. - Breakdown Maintenance - Attend machine breakdowns promptly and restore equipment to normal operation. - Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs. - Coordinate with electricians for electro-mechanical issues. - Machine Maintenance - Maintain and repair: Foam cutting machines - CCM and VCM - Quilting machines, Juky Machine - Tape edge machines and Roll Pack Machine - Mattress assembly machines - Glue line, Packing, Sealing machine Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
