Today we stand as an integrated network with a pan-India footprint of 37 hospitals across 19 cities with 10,500 beds, and a talented pool of over 5,600 doctors and an employee strength of over 20,000. **Role:** Technician OT **Location:** Dwarka, Delhi **What You?ll Do:** - Ensure equipment and supplies readiness before every procedure - Assist anaesthesiologist by providing instruments and equipment using aseptic or sterile technique with non invasive and invasive patient procedures including peripheral and/or central intravenous and / or arterial line placement, airway management techniques including mask, endotracheal and/or emergency methods and regional anaesthesia techniques. - Ensure cleanliness of all the instrument and equipment related to the conduct of anaesthesia and proper upkeep of all equipment - Ensure supplies and equipment as requested by anaesthesiologists. - Adherence to quality and safety standards as per SOP - Orientation of new members and nursing staff - Supervise and provide technical support to junior team members - Understanding of anaesthesia terminologies and procedures. - Ability to provide doctors with technical inputs and observations **What We Are Looking For:** - Diploma in Operation Theatre - Basic computer operations (Typing, Email, MS-office usage) - Strong communication skills, both oral and written. - Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment. **What We Offer:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional development and career growth - A collaborative and inclusive work environment
