**Job Purpose** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile automation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving quality strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. **Duties and Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium (Java) and/or Playwright (TS/JS) - Own and drive end-to-end API testing and automation initiatives - Build and execute mobile automation test suites for Android/iOS applications - Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing - Analyze failures, debug issues, and ensure quick resolution in collaboration with development teams - Perform functional and exploratory testing to validate business workflows - Mentor and manage QA team members, ensuring best practices and standards are followed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA) to ensure quality throughout SDLC - Drive improvements in test processes, tools, and frameworks - Work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities **Required Qualifications and Experience** Required Skills Qualifications Automation Tools Experience - Selenium (Java): Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience - Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript): Minimum 3 years of experience - Strong experience in test framework design and architecture: Minimum 1 years - Experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline integration: Minimum 2 years Testing Expertise - API Testing: Minimum 2 years (Postman/Rest Assured) - Strong experience in API Automation frameworks - Mobile Automation: Minimum 1 years (Appium or similar tools) - Strong foundation in functional testing Technical Skills - SQL: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience - Strong debugging and analytical skills - Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices Leadership Soft Skills - Proven team handling and mentoring experience - Ability to drive QA initiatives independently - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Good to Have - Performance Testing experience (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) - Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow) - Exposure to cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, SauceLabs, LambdaTest) - Familiarity with DevOps and shift-left testing practices \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Educational Qualification - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
