Area(s) of responsibility **Job Title: Senior UKG Pro WFM Consultant (Support & Projects)** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Senior UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to manage both ongoing production support and project-based implementations/enhancements. This role requires a strong techno-functional expert who can stabilize systems, resolve complex issues, and lead new initiatives within the UKG Pro WFM environment. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 6–10+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions - 4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions / Kronos) - Strong expertise in: - Timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance - Complex pay rule and accrual configuration - Production support and incident management - Experience handling both implementation projects and steady-state support - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
