Committed to driving financial inclusion and digital transformation, we provide innovative solutions across lending, asset management, wealth management, and insurance to millions of customers nationwide. **Position Overview** We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and dynamic **Chartered Accountant (CA)** to join our Corporate Finance team in Pune. **This role strictly requires a qualified CA with 3+ years of core FP&A experience exclusively within the Banking or NBFC sectors.** The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership to support business growth. **Key Responsibilities** - **Budgeting & Forecasting:** Annual operating planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budgets). Collaborating with business heads to understand variances and drive course corrections. - **Financial Modeling & Analysis:** Developing, maintaining, and upgrading complex financial models to project financial performance, assess profitability, and evaluate new business initiatives. - **Management Reporting (MIS):** Preparing comprehensive monthly/quarterly MIS packs, executive dashboards, and performance presentations for senior management and the Board. - **Cost & Profitability Control:** Analyzing product-wise, branch-wise, and segment-wise profitability. Identifying cost-optimization opportunities and monitoring key financial metrics (e.g., NIMs, Opex ratios, ROI). - **Strategic Decision Support:** Conducting scenario analysis, stress testing, and competitor benchmarking to provide strategic recommendations to leadership. - **Automation & Process Improvement:** Driving automation of financial reporting tools, optimizing data workflows, and enhancing the accuracy and speed of the FP&A delivery function. **Candidate Profile & Qualifications** - **Education:** **Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified is mandatory.** \\* **Experience:** **Minimum 3+ years** of post-qualification experience *strictly* within the **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** or Corporate Finance function of a **Bank or NBFC**. *(Candidates from Manufacturing, IT, or Retail sectors will not be considered).* - **Technical Skills:** \\* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, macros, complex formulas). - Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Hyperion). - **Analytical Skills:** Exceptional numerical and analytical ability; deep understanding of banking/lending metrics (NIM, NPA provisioning, Cost-to-Income ratios, etc.). - **Communication:** Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interface with and present to senior stakeholders and business leaders. **Job Summary** **AttributeDetailsRole**Assistant Manager / Manager FP&A**Department**Corporate Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis**Location**Pune (Corporate Office)**Employment Type**Full-Time, Permanent**Qualification**CA (Chartered Accountant)**Experience**3+ Years Post-Qualification**Industry PreferenceStrictly Banking / NBFC / BFSI Only**
