If you have 2 to 5 years of solid experience navigating the US IT staffing market, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable working in a **permanent night shift**, we want to hear from you! This is a **Hybrid work model** (mix of work-from-home and in-office days) open **only to candidates currently residing in Hyderabad**. The entire interview process will be conducted **virtually**. Key Responsibilities - **Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse IT positions in the US market. - **Sourcing & Screening:** Source high-quality candidates using US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases. - **Tax Terms Expertise:** Deep understanding of US tax terms ($W2$, $Corp-to-Corp / C2C$, $1099$) and various visa types ($H1B$, $CPT$, $OPT$, $GC$, $USC$). - **Candidate Engagement:** Screen, interview, negotiate compensation, and build strong relationships with active and passive IT professionals. - **Submissions & Follow-ups:** Coordinate with account managers/clients, present shortlisted resumes, and manage the interview pipeline through to onboarding. Candidate Profile & Requirements - **Experience:** 2 to 5 years of proven experience specifically in **US IT Recruitment**. - **Location:** Must be a current resident of **Hyderabad** (Mandatory). - **Shift:** Must be 100% comfortable working **Night Shifts** (aligning with US EST/CST business hours). - **Work Mode:** Willingness to work in a **Hybrid** model (designated office days in Hyderabad). - **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. - **Negotiation:** Strong salary/rate negotiation and closing skills.
