**Job Title: SVP-Delivery Head** **Experience: 22** + years **Location:** Hyderabad We at Coforge are hiring Senior Vice President QE Delivery with the following skillset: Leadership, Delivery & Location Head Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end global Quality Engineering (QE) delivery, ensuring high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and financial performance. - Own delivery governance, resource utilization, productivity, operational metrics, and service delivery outcomes across global teams. - Partner with Geo, Industry, Sales, and Practice leaders to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, customer satisfaction, and business expansion. - Develop and execute talent strategies to build a future-ready QE organization through capability development, succession planning, and leadership grooming. - Establish strong executive relationships with customers and act as a senior escalation point for critical delivery engagements. - Drive continuous innovation, AI-led transformation, automation adoption, and operational excellence across delivery programs. - Serve as the Location Delivery Head for the Hyderabad Delivery Center **,** accountable for: - Overall delivery governance and operational excellence across the location. - People leadership, employee engagement, culture building, and retention initiatives. - Workforce planning, capacity management, and talent readiness across service lines. - Collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Corporate Functions to ensure seamless site operations. - Building Hyderabad as a strategic growth center through hiring, capability development, and leadership visibility. - Driving location-level compliance, audit readiness, information security, and risk management. - Supporting client visits, leadership reviews, branding initiatives, and executive stakeholder engagements. - Enabling collaboration and best-practice sharing across business units and functions. - Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to organizational strategy, delivery transformation, and long-term growth. **Required:** - Proven delivery leadership experience in Quality Engineering, Digital Assurance, and Engineering Services. - Experience leading global delivery organizations of 3,000+ associates and managing large, complex enterprise portfolios. - Accountable for delivery excellence, customer success, operational efficiency, and revenue realization. - Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across geographies, industry groups, and functions. - Prior experience as a Delivery Center Head, Location Head, GCC Head, Regional Delivery Leader, or Global Delivery Leader managing large delivery campuses is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of delivery operations, talent management, governance, compliance, and business growth within IT Services. - Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, organizational scale, capability development, and customer-centric transformation initiatives. **Education Qualifications** • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
