**Role & responsibilities** SEO Strategy & Execution - Support website replication, enhancement, maintenance, and deployment projects by implementing SEO best practices across new and existing web pages. - Perform keyword research, content optimization, metadata creation, URL recommendations, internal linking, and on-page SEO improvements. - Review content plans and provide SEO recommendations before website development and launch. - Ensure SEO requirements are incorporated into website builds, product digitization initiatives, landing pages, forms, and web applications. Technical SEO - Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues related to indexing, crawlability, redirects, site structure, page performance, and metadata. - Partner with Development and Web Experience teams to resolve technical SEO issues and improve website performance. - Validate SEO requirements before launch and conduct post-launch audits to ensure successful implementation. - Monitor website health and recommend corrective actions for SEO-related issues. Project & Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Web Experience Project Managers, Developers, Content Teams, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and Business Stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Support project planning activities by providing SEO effort estimates, timelines, dependencies, and recommendations. - Track SEO requests through Workfront, Jira, and Crownpeak workflows. - Communicate SEO performance, recommendations, and project status updates to stakeholders. Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Monitor and report on organic search performance, rankings, traffic, engagement, and SEO KPIs. - Analyze website performance data and identify opportunities to improve search visibility and user experience. - Contribute to SEO governance, best practices, documentation, and process optimization initiatives. - Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices. *Required Skills & Qualifications* - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website optimization. - Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization. - Experience supporting website deployment, migration, replication, or enhancement projects. - Experience working with CMS platforms such as Crownpeak, FUZE, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or similar systems. - Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. - Understanding of HTML, CSS, website architecture, redirects, metadata, and indexing principles. - Experience working with Workfront, Jira, or similar project management tools. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
