Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook. **Inviting Applications for Service Delivery Manager** **- HRO - Employee Lifecycle Management** **Job Location: Hyderabad** **Shift-Day shift** **Responsibilities:** List the main results which the job must deliver to achieve its purpose. **Payroll Processing**: Oversee end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and recoveries for employees (white and bluecollar). System Administration & Automation: Manage payroll systems / ERP (SAP), troubleshoot system issues, and drive automation and digitization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy. **Compliance Management:** Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements including PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and other applicable labor laws. Manage timely filing of statutory returns, including TDS returns and issuance of Form 16. Address and resolve payroll- and compliance-related queries raised by stakeholders and authorities. **Audit & Internal Controls:** Prepare payroll records, reconciliations, and reports for internal and external audits. Monitor and strengthen internal controls to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. **Process Improvement:** Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in payroll processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual intervention and errors. **Team Management:** Lead, manage, train, and mentor payroll team members.
