**Job Title :- SAP Service Delivery Manager** **Location :- Mumbai and Bangalore Only** **Experience :- 9-12 years (3** years min relevant experience in the role) **Notice Period :- 0-60 days** Choosing Capgemini means choosing a place where you’ll be empowered to shape your career, supported by a collaborative global community, and inspired to deliver excellence in IT operations and client engagement. **Job Role:** - Techno-Functional Skill in any of the SAP Modules with hands-on experience with ECC and S/4HANA. - Must have management and client-facing experience in at least 2 SAP Application Management engagements with Incident, Requests, Problem, Change Management expertise. Experience in Global AM support execution will be a plus. - Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues. - Actively participate and execute high value business solutions/Program planning and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development. Should have good financial acumen. - Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Leading multiple Scrum teams to successfully complete contracted work through constant and clear communication, strong leadership, and development of relationships amongst team members, client peer group, and all stakeholders. PMP/ITIL certification desired, Scrum Master certification good to have. - Driving operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, acts as a gatekeeper for quality - Driving Tools/Automation & transformation programs. **Role Responsibilities:** - Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills. - Mentors team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of applications. - Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required. - Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams. - Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements in SAP space. - Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies. - Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative. - Should have a clear vision for making the project profitable / margin improvement. - A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Application Management and Development arena. - Travel to project location/client site required. - **Nice to Have Skills:** Good command of Microsoft office suite of tools, strong experience with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint, ServiceNow (and similar ITSM Tools) **About Capgemini** Capgemini is an AI powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
