Act as Focal point of contact for GBTO and GTE teams in Asia and lead Service Management for Cloud, Hosting and DMP during Asia Time zone and Paris Morning hours . Coordinate the delivery of the infrastructure supporting all GBTO and GTE Applications . Partner with business stakeholders to align GTE/ (CLD & HOS) Priorities and Strengthen the Quality of Production . Lead IT service transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption (Gen2 & Public), Automation, and self-service capabilities. . Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, security policies, and audit standards across IT services. . Ensure strong Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) processes are in place and periodically tested. . Strong Intuition to anticipate issues and identify solutions. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** . Oversee and lead Service Management, ensuring the availability, latency, performance for Critical Applications within GBTO 2. Incident Management: Drive the process of responding to Major incidents and ensuring minimized downtime and business impact. 3. Operate incident response model to cover business-critical applications, emphasizing rapid incident detection and resolution. 4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for communicating incident status, impact and recovery status to senior management and other key stakeholders. 5. Monitor key incident trends and metrics, publish reports and insights for process improvement and risk management. 6. Regularly monitor systems and automate operational tasks to reduce manual work, drive efficiency, and foster proactive reliability improvements. **Skills:** - Cloud Computing - Cont.
