Service Engineer

Job description

Key Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using DT tools. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance. Attend customer service calls and provide timely resolutions. Prepare service reports and maintain service records. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in DT is preferable. Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel for customer support, if required.
