Technical Solution Architect (ITSM & SIAM – Presales) **Main Skill:** SIAM Presales (SIAM Foundation / SIAM Professional Certified) **Secondary Skills:** End-User Computing, Azure IaaS/PaaS, Azure Migrate, Networking, AZ‑305 Certification **Experience:** 8+ Years **Location:** PAN India **Role Type:** Presales / Solutioning ⭐ **Role Overview** The Technical Solution Architect (ITSM & SIAM) will lead **Service Management and SIAM solution design** for large transformation programs and presales engagements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and solution‑design abilities to define end-to-end service management architectures, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams. ⭐ **Key Responsibilities** - Act as **Service Management & SIAM expert** for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses - Own end‑to‑end **Service Management & SIAM solution architecture** - Define solution models including **effort, BOM, costing, timelines, risks, and mitigation** - Design **SIAM/ITSM architectures** , service models, and process frameworks - Provide **transition, realization, and operations cost parameters** - Prepare and deliver customer **workshops, solution presentations & defenses** - Create **SOPs, playbooks, workflows, SLAs/OLAs, RACI** - Coordinate with teams across **EUC, Network, Cloud, Security, Tools, DC** - Evaluate automation opportunities to improve service efficiencies ⭐ **Essential Qualifications** - 8+ years of overall IT experience - 2+ years of **Service Management Presales / Architecting solutions** - Strong expertise in **ITSM and SIAM frameworks** - Hands-on experience in **service delivery, transformation, process design** - Strong knowledge of: - Service Strategy / Service Design - Service Transition (very important for SIAM) - Vendor performance management - Governance & multi‑supplier management
