***Greetings from*** ***Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)*** ***What we are looking for: Servicenow Developer*** ***Location : Delhi / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Noida / Chennai / Kolkat*a** ***Interview Mode : Virtual mode (Microsoft Teams)*** ***Exp :5+ Years*** - Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules. - Customize and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules. - Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules. - Develop client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and server-side scripts. - Create and maintain Service Catalog items and request workflows. - Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs. - Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and instance maintenance. - Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and performance issues. - Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
